Dear Bernhard, I met you in awe for the first time in Aschau on Lake Chiemsee in 2021. THE great YOUCAT author. Wow ... I was delighted and impressed by your modesty and humility on the one hand and your commitment and dedication to the YOUCAT on the other. Ultimately, it all belongs together – you are the face of the YOUCAT and its globally distributed and recognized "products". It was a pleasure for me to participate twice at the conferences for the development of the “YOUCAT Basics”. I was able to experience how a YOUCAT book is created in a dialogical and participatory way. Thank you for your outstanding and tireless commitment to (re)evangelization in general and to YOUCAT in particular. All blessings from heaven for your life.

Lieber Bernhard, voll Ehrfurcht bin ich Dir zum ersten Mal in der Nähe von Aschau im Jahr 2021 am Chiemsee begegnet. DER große YOUCAT-Autor. Wow … Ich war erfreut und angetan von Deiner Bescheidenheit und Demut auf der einen und Engagement und Hingabe für den YOUCAT auf der anderen Seite. Letztlich gehört es zusammen – so bist Du zum Gesicht für den YOUCAT und seine weltweit verbreiteten und anerkannten „Produkte“ geworden. Es war mir eine Freude zweimal phasenweise an den Konferenzen für die Entwicklung des YOUCAT – Basic dabei zu sein und so mitzuerleben, wie ein YOUCAT-Buch dialogisch und partizipativ entsteht. Ich danke Dir für Dein herausragendes und unermüdliches Engagement für die (Neu-) Evangelisierung im Allgemeinen und für den YOUCAT im Besonderen. Allen Segen des Himmels für den weiteren Lebensweg.
